Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by users you invite to your business.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bilzee for anything unlawful, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to infringe the rights of others, or to try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

WhatsApp, SMS and email messaging

When you connect your own WhatsApp number, you must follow the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta’s Commerce Policy, and only message customers who have agreed to hear from you.

Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations directly to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Those charges are separate from your Bilzee subscription.

Meta may limit or block your number for policy violations or low quality. Bilzee is not responsible for actions Meta takes on your account.

Your data

You own the data you put into Bilzee. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance as shown at checkout. Fees are not refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with prior notice.

Availability

We work to keep Bilzee available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Bilzee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Bilzee at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Bilzee after changes take effect means you accept them.
